Investment Banks Underwrite AquaBounty Technologies Inc. Public Offering

Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., Lake Street Capital Markets and National Securities Corp. completed a transaction in which they acted as the underwriters for a public offering of 8,720,000 shares of common stock by AquaBounty Technologies Inc., an aquaculture company focused on land-based fish farming. Faegre Drinker represented the underwriters in the deal, which also provided them with a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,308,000 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
