S&D Coffee Inc., a subsidiary of Primo Water Corporation (previously known as Cott Corporation) and the largest customer coffee roaster and largest blender of iced teas for food service and convenience stores in the United States, acquired Wallingford Coffee Mills, an importer and roaster of coffee and cappuccino products. Our firm represented S&D in the acquisition.
