Administrative Agent Amends Credit Agreement With National Retailer

An administrative agent amended an existing credit agreement with a leading national consumer retailer to, among other things, increase the revolving credit loan, add a delayed draw term loan and join a new borrower. Our firm represented the administrative agent in the matter.
