Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility Issues $18M in Energy Efficiency Revenue Bonds

The Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility Inc. (DSEU) issued $18 million of its Energy Efficiency Revenue Bonds, Series 2019. Our firm served as bond counsel in the issuance. The DSEU is a Delaware governmental agency organized to coordinate the state’s energy sustainability initiatives. The bonds financed the implementation of guaranteed energy savings projects on behalf of the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services and two local school districts in Delaware.
