Delaware-based hotel, casino and harness horse racing track Dover Downs and Twin River announced a merger, transforming Twin River into a publicly traded company with gaming and entertainment holdings throughout the United States. Our firm represented Dover Downs in the transaction.
The highly publicized merger will provide a physical presence for Twin River in the Mid-Atlantic region and will also provide positive benefits for the state of Delaware, the Delaware Lottery and Dover Downs employees and stockholders.
