Food Manufacturer Clears Clean Air Act Hurdle for New Facility

A food manufacturer avoided critical delays and ultimately received expedited approval from the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) on a Clean Air Act construction permit for a new facility. Our firm helped the manufacturer withdraw an erroneously filed permit application and provided representation in meetings with IDEM. As a result, IDEM issued a new approval on the necessary permit in less than 30 days and the new facility opened on schedule.
