National Retailer Settles Claim Alleging ADA Website Accessibility Violations

A national retailer resolved a claim made by a plaintiff who alleged that the retailer’s website was not in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for website accessibility. Our firm helped the retailer establish an accessibility policy and implementation plan, and eventually negotiated a settlement for a small fraction of the original claim.
