St. Peter's Hospital Defends Antitrust Litigation

St. Peter's Hospital, a Helena, Montana-based acute care hospital, defended antitrust litigation filed by a group of radiologists concerning hospital privileges for non-employed physicians. Our firm secured dismissal of the case and represented St. Peter's on appeal to the Montana Supreme Court. The team represented the hospital following remand.
