Semiconductor Maker Receives Favorable Appellate Settlement and Permanent Injunction

A semiconductor manufacturer was represented by Larry Scarborough in antitrust litigation. After the Ninth Circuit reinstated an antitrust jury verdict based on tying violations in favor of the manufacturer, it conducted permanent injunction and damages phases, leading to entry of a permanent injunction and a $52.5 million settlement in the client’s favor.
