A financial institution was granted a motion to dismiss insurer defendants in a putative class action challenging certain practices to lender-placed insurance. Our firm represented the institution. Miller v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., 994 F. Supp. 2d 542 (S.D.N.Y. 2014).
