Insurance Company Faces NYDFS Investigation

An insurance company faced an investigation by the New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS). Our firm represented the insurance company in connection with NYDFS's investigation. In response to the NYDFS, we conducted an internal investigation to review records and interview employees and former employees, as well as coordinated the production of thousands of records in response to administrative subpoenas.
