Overview

Anhelina Yushchuk draws on international experience in government to assist employers with their immigration-related needs. She drafts a wide range of immigration applications and petitions for employers including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, O-1s and I-140s. Anhelina helps prepare PERM labor certifications, employment-based immigrant visa petitions, family-based immigrant petitions, and naturalization applications.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Anhelina served as a senior paralegal at a Chicago law firm and focused on immigration matters. While living in Ukraine, she served as the press secretary to the former deputy of the Ukrainian parliament in the European Party of Ukraine where she performed legal research and analysis of new laws and drafted speeches.
