Isaac M. Willett

Isaac Willett focuses his practice on advising nonprofit and for-profit health systems, hospitals, medical groups and other health care entities on pursuing their strategic growth initiatives. In his work with health care entities across the country, Isaac has both led and been a key contributor to a wide array of complex transactions, including acquisitions, consolidations, joint ventures and other forms of strategic affiliations. In addition to his transactional work, Isaac advises health care companies on regulatory compliance matters, corporate governance issues, various commercial arrangements and other day-to-day legal issues. Isaac values the opportunity to be a trusted adviser to the clients he serves and is dedicated to providing excellent responsiveness and overall client service.

Isaac helps health care clients achieve their strategic goals through analyzing and developing transaction structures, leading high-stakes negotiations and managing due-diligence teams responsible for reviewing considerable amounts of data on aggressive timelines. Helping clients identify the legal risks that arise in the context of strategic transactions and collaborating on ways to manage them is a key professional focus for Isaac.
