Overview
Mackenzie Thompson counsels clients on construction and real estate litigation. Mackenzie holds an M.B.A. and brings her business acumen and perspective to the resolution of disputes throughout the United States. Her practice also includes contract disputes, business tort actions and major class action defense. Mackenzie is experienced in all stages of high-stakes litigation, including preparation of depositions, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, expert reports, trial presentations, and outlines.
Real Estate & Construction Litigation
Mackenzie represents clients in complex construction disputes, including contract breaches, construction defects, delay claims and payment issues. Using her knowledge of both construction law and industry practices, she provides guidance to contractors, developers, property owners and design professionals through all stages of mediation, arbitration and litigation.
Personal Interests
Mackenzie is a committed fitness enthusiast and is a frequent visitor of her local F45 gym. She enjoys traveling with her friends and recently took up skiing.
