Overview

Kristina Thompson Bost supports a team of attorneys on numerous financial services cases. She has worked extensively with clients on Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) matters, assisting through all aspects of these cases and within a variety of jurisdictions.

 Kristina regularly assists clients before and during litigation by:

  • Reviewing account records and creating case summaries
  • Preparing client documents for production or coordinating the preparation of document productions
  • Calendaring court deadlines and tracking local rules regarding filing requirements
  • Drafting case documents (initial disclosures, answers, discovery requests/responses, settlement agreements, etc.)

Her experience also includes case management; docket and deadline management; legal research; medical record collection and review; and document collection, review, production and submission.

Past Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Kristina worked as a paralegal department supervisor at a law firm, supervising and training colleagues and designing instructional materials and productivity trackers to improve department efficiency.

Personal Interests

Kristina enjoys traveling, running, making her own kombucha, and taking pictures of her daughter and corgi.
