Patents
Christa’s practice includes U.S. and international patent preparation and prosecution, strategic patent portfolio management, patent infringement and validity investigations, and patent litigation. She also helps clients evaluate and minimize risk by performing freedom-to-operate analyses and providing design-around strategy counseling.
Chemistry & Engineering
Christa primarily provides advice to clients in the chemical and mechanical arts. Her areas of technical experience include:
