He has long experience in high-volume execution, providing the strategic framework and management required for rapid portfolio expansions and multi-site projects. His practice covers the full asset lifecycle — from resolving regulatory, zoning, and land-use challenges to negotiating acquisitions, leases, and easements. Commercial Transactions and Initiatives

Alexi brings a business-first perspective to commercial contracting, honed by his experience working in-house. A focus of his practice is standing up initiatives across the supply chain, retail, and transportation sectors — handling diverse instruments such as master service, logistics, and transportation agreements; supply and procurement contracts; and novel commercial structures with complex, integrated technology components. Leveraging his understanding of internal corporate drivers, Alexi provides creative counsel that addresses risk while prioritizing operational efficiency. He helps clients accelerate their timelines, enabling them to be the first in their sectors to pilot new ideas and successfully bring them to full-scale reality.

Drafted and negotiated a suite of novel commercial agreements to operationalize the initiative, successfully creating new revenue streams while maximizing operational efficiencies.
