Overview
Brennden Prohaska supports clients as they build, protect and leverage the value of their intellectual property portfolios.
Prior Experience
Brennden previously served as a summer associate with the firm, where he supported attorneys across multiple litigation practice groups and completed a range of legal research and writing assignments. During law school, Brennden worked as a legal research assistant to Professor Stella Burch Elias at the University of Iowa College of Law, contributing to scholarly work in the field of immigration law and helping with the London Law Program. He was also a managing editor on the Iowa Law Review and a member of the Technology Law Clinic.
During his first semester at Iowa, Brennden volunteered with the Lavender Legal Center in Cedar Rapids, assisting with research on family law issues affecting LGBTQ+ couples seeking parentage rights in Iowa.
Personal Interests
Outside of the office, Brennden is an avid plant collector, and is always catching new movies and vinyl at the local theater and record store. After work, Brennden can be found staying active running, hiking, and playing flag football on the Denver Gay and Lesbian Flag Football League.
