Overview

Eva Moss utilizes her experience as an Immigration Paralegal to help clients navigate the complex business immigration system. She has significant experience drafting nonimmigrant petitions such as H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, Blanket L petitions, and TN petitions. Additionally, Eva is well-versed in immigrant petitions and applications such as I-140, I-485 (both family and employment based), I-751, AP/EAD, Prevailing Wage, Recruitment, and PERM.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Eva held the same role of immigration paralegal. At her previous firm, she was also responsible for managing a high-volume of immigration cases in addition to training newly hired immigration paralegals. Eva has experience working with Fortune 500 clients in various industries such as hospitals and other medical organizations, food corporations, architectural firms, and engineering and manufacturing entities.
