Heather Moore advises nonprofit organizations on legal challenges. She addresses their comprehensive needs on issues related to formation, internal governance, ongoing compliance, general tax advice, and the preparation of related documents and policies.
Heather advises colleges and universities (including faith-based institutions), fraternities and sororities, private foundations, charities and other organizations exempt from federal and state income taxes.
