Overview
Alec Minea represents clients in real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and financings. Alec brings a detail-oriented eye to reviewing and negotiating key transactional documents, including purchase agreements, mortgages, access agreements, leases and other contracts.
Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Alec was an associate in the corporate real estate practice at a major international law firm.
Personal Interests
Alec likes to spend his free time enjoying Minnesota’s outdoors, regardless of season. In the summer he likes to go golfing, hiking and camping, and in the winter, he braves the elements to play pond hockey and go skiing.
