Overview

William MacKinnon Morrow counsels clients in commercial litigation matters. As an attorney, Will enjoys connecting the factual and legal dots to identify litigation solutions that help deliver positive results for clients.

Will also maintains a vibrant pro bono practice working to secure the release of the wrongfully incarcerated, and advocating to restore voting rights for the disenfranchised.

Prior Experience

During law school, Will worked as both a summer associate at Faegre Drinker and as a law clerk with the Office of the General Counsel of the University of California, Office of the President.

Prior to law school, he conducted research as an academic fellow with the University of California Center for Free Speech and Civic Engagement, building on his experiences defending student expression as the student-body president at the University of California, Berkeley. Will also has unique familiarity with the intersection of technology and political communications, having previously worked as a senior digital strategist for a targeted political media firm.

Personal Interests

Outside the office, Will enjoys cheering on the Minnesota Timberwolves, riding public transit, and taking his eight-year-old border collie-husky for walks along the Mississippi River.
