Senior Paralegal

Overview

As a paralegal, Dolma Lama prepares employment-based immigration petitions and applications, including U.S. non-immigrant and immigrant visas, labor certification, adjustment of status, and PERM.
Dolma prepares E-3, L-1B, H-1B and TN petitions. She also assists attorneys and clients with permanent resident and citizenship-related paperwork. In addition, she consistently contributes to process improvement within the immigration and global mobility practice group.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Dolma worked at a law firm as the primary immigration paralegal for a Silicon Valley social media client. She provided immigration services and prepared international travel documents for their foreign national clients.
