Overview

Emily Evans advises clients on a wide spectrum of disputes and contentious matters, including breach of contract and product liability claims, across the technology, financial services, and manufacturing sectors. She also has experience in contentious employment issues, including breach of confidence and restrictive covenant actions.

Emily is also part of the internal investigations and regulatory defence team at Faegre Drinker, and undertakes investigations into historic circumstances, advises on regulatory and disciplinary issues, and supports on possible business crime infringements.

Prior Experience

Emily completed a summer placement with the firm in 2022.

Emily has undertaken pro bono work as a student director and adviser of the BPP Enterprise Legal Advice Clinic. She has also volunteered as part of the Grenfell Team at the Kensington and Chelsea Citizens Advice Bureau, where she assisted with the legal needs of the bereaved and survivors of the Grenfell fire.
