Overview

Paige Dobberstein delivers solutions-oriented counsel to employers so that HR policies are compliant with applicable local, state, national and international employment laws.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Paige served as a shared law clerk for the Minnesota Court of Appeals, supporting multiple judges through legal research, preparation of bench memoranda, review of trial court records and briefs, and drafting appellate opinions. Earlier, she completed externships with both the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the US District Court for the District of Minnesota, where she researched complex legal issues, drafted memoranda, and observed a variety of judicial proceedings.

During law school, Paige gained litigation experience as a summer associate at Faegre Drinker, researching and drafting memoranda on employment, products liability, mass tort, and commercial litigation matters. She also contributed to a veterans' benefits appeal, reviewing medical records, editing briefing, and preparing exhibits for filing. Earlier, Paige worked as a law clerk with a Minnesota-based law firm, conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, pleadings, briefs, and client alerts on a range of civil and criminal matters.

Before law school, Paige worked as a class action clerk, communicating with and supporting thousands of clients throughout the litigation process to help ensure effective representation and case management. These experiences have provided her with a strong foundation in appellate practice, litigation, legal writing, and client service.
