Overview

Eric Cole counsels clients on complex real estate issues. He represents parties in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing and leasing matters. He has also represented lenders in a variety of leveraged finance transactions.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Eric served as an associate at an AmLaw top 10 firm. Before entering the legal profession, Eric served as a media consultant and advertising account executive at two newspapers in Portland, Oregon.

Personal Interests

Eric is passionate about cheering on his favorite sports teams, the Minnesota Twins and the Oregon Ducks.
