Overview

Hayden Brown supports clients as they advance their business goals. In addition to managing discovery for his cases, he focuses on briefing at the trial and appellate levels in the areas of insurance, commercial litigation, complex business disputes and product liability. Hayden has drafted dozens of dispositive motions on complex and emerging legal issues, appearing in courts throughout Texas as well as other states.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Hayden served as a 2019 summer associate, assisting Faegre Drinker attorneys with pre-trial matters and drafting research documents for an array of civil litigation issues. Hayden was also a corporate counsel extern for Topgolf Entertainment Group and a law student volunteer in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Northern Texas. In 2018, he completed internships with the Dallas County and Collin County District Attorney’s Offices, supporting attorneys in preparation for domestic violence and family violence trials.
