Overview

Janeia Brounson is a strategic adviser to businesses eyeing ambitious construction and real estate projects. She primarily supports clients on the contract side, working to draft and negotiate legally and financially sound agreements. She also communicates openly with clients regarding potential liabilities and effective risk management practices.

Previous Experience

 Before joining the firm, Janeia served as an associate at a regional outfit specializing in transactional services. As part of her practice, she provided counsel to clients on entity formation and related corporate governance matters, in addition to drafting and reviewing contracts ranging from asset purchase agreements and employment contracts to promissory notes and mortgages tailored to protect company interests.

Prior to entering law, Janeia worked as a claims adjuster for an insurance group.

Personal Interests

 Janeia is passionate about criminal justice reform and reentry efforts. In her free time, she enjoys dancing at her church and spending time with her fiancé, family and friends.
