Jessica Albrecht concentrates her practice on sophisticated land use and zoning matters, as well as complex, high-value real estate transactions. She regularly represents major corporations, institutional investors, national and regional developers, private equity sponsors, and lending institutions in connection with the acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of commercial real estate assets.

Real Estate Law

Jessica has significant experience advising clients through all phases of the development lifecycle, including site selection, entitlement strategy, and regulatory approvals at the local and state levels. Her practice also encompasses comprehensive real estate due diligence, including the review and analysis of title, survey, zoning, land use restrictions, environmental reports, and underlying project documents.

Personal Interests

A varsity softball player at Hofstra University, Jessica loves the game and has previously served as an assistant college softball coach. She is also an avid participant in cycling classes and a fan of “Grey’s Anatomy.”
