Anna Sallstrom Comments on Business Using Trade Secrets to Protect AI Technology in Law360
Litigation partner Anna Sallstrom spoke with Law360 to comment on how businesses can use trade secrets to protect their AI technologies in “Trade Secrets Emerge As Path For Cos. To Protect AI Works.”

“AI innovations tend to be black boxes in an area of rapid technological change,” Sallstrom said. “That can make trade secret protection, rather than patent protection, a particularly natural fit for protecting AI-related technology.”
