Scott Kosnoff Discusses Proposed EU Regulations of AI With Business Insurance

Scott Kosnoff discussed the European Union's (EU) proposed regulations of artificial intelligence with Business Insurance. 

As part of the EU's data strategy, the regulations outline a risk-based approach to clear rules for high-risk AI systems. 

The regulations will impact U.S.-based companies that do business in the EU. But for those that don't, the impacts are much less direct.
