Claire Nilson and Sari Long Discuss U.S. and U.K. Immigration Post-Brexit

In the European American Chamber of Commerce New York’s “Brexit Musings,” podcast, London immigration counsel Claire Nilson and Washington, D.C., immigration associate Sari Long discuss immigration from the United States and United Kingdom perspectives and what businesses should think about in the run-up to Brexit.

Nilson advises transatlantic businesses to start preparing early by researching their employee traveling needs and apply as far ahead as possible for any sponsorship licenses. Long advises transatlantic businesses to be patient, because the transition to the U.S. President-elect Biden administration in January could also lead to immigration law changes.
