EEOC Issues Revised EEO-1 Proposal
By Lynne Anderson
Lynne Anderson wrote an article for the LaborSphere blog titled, “EEOC Issues Revised EEO-1 Proposal.” Lynne covers the changes in the revised EEOC-1 proposal issued by the EEOC. Employers will not have to submit the new EEO-1 report until March 31, 2018.
Lynne notes that the revised proposal still requires disclosure of data on pay ranges, hours worked and workforce profiles by race, ethnicity and gender. Lynne encourages conducting internal audits now to assess any possible pay disparities.
