Sari Long Quoted in SHRM About Supreme Court's Decision to Block Obama's Immigration Plans

Faegre Baker Daniels associate Sari Long shared her thoughts on the Supreme Court's recent block of Obama's immigration proposal in an article with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). The ruling blocked almost 5 million undocumented immigrants living in the United States from receiving work authorization.

“The Supreme Court’s ruling will be disappointing for those who would have benefitted from DACA and DAPA and for U.S. employers who hoped to lawfully employ such persons,” said Long.
