New Year, New Labor Laws - What California Employers Need to Know

In California, regulations are heaped upon employers annually, making some feel like they get no respect.  This year, employers received less attention.  Only 186 bills introduced in the California Legislature in 2013 mention “employer,” compared to 554 in 2012.  Mark authored an article for California CPA Magazine on what California employers need to be aware of in 2014.
