Stacey Smiricky Addresses Workplace Accommodations for Brain Injuries on Chicago Public Radio

In a story that aired on WBEZ, Chicago Public Radio, Stacey Smiricky of Faegre Baker Daniels commented on the process of employees seeking workplace accommodations following a brain injury. Smiricky said most HR departments are understanding, but that employees also bear responsibility in the effort to find a reasonable accommodation.

"They have to come to the party," Smiricky told WBEZ. "You have to bring some suggestions of your own. You have to meet with the employer and say this might work."
