The Death of the Opinion of Counsel Has Been Greatly Exaggerated

Overview

Wilmington partner Frank DiGiovanni spoke at a Cleveland Intellectual Property Association meeting on Thursday, October 9.  Frank’s presentation was titled “The Death of the Opinion of Counsel Has Been Greatly Exaggerated” and focused on issues pertaining to opinions of counsel in patent disputes.  Frank was invited to speak as a frequent practitioner in the Northern District of Ohio in patent litigations.
