Social Media: It’s More Complicated Than You Think
Overview
Mark Terman, partner in the Los Angeles office, did double duty on Wednesday, March 19, presenting first to the Southern California Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, and later in the day presenting at the 15th annual HR Star Conference on the topic “Social Media: It’s More Complicated Than You Think.” The presentation, which was given to more than 200 HR directors and managers, looked at the benefits and risks of social media to employers, best practice for social media both hiring and during the course of employment and the activities of the NLRB.
