September/October In-house Counsel Antitrust Update

Antitrust practice co-chairs Howard Morse and Paul Saint-Antoine, Philadelphia partner Joanne Lewers and Washington, D.C., associate Ken Vorrasi, will present September/October In-House Counsel Antitrust Update on November 6, 2009.  The popular program is organized by the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law - Corporate Counseling Committee  for in-house counsel – and covers the previous two months' developments in antitrust law that may affect companies, clients and litigation strategies.  For this monthly program, our antitrust practitioners will report on the most recent developments at the agencies and in the courts.  The moderator for the presentation is Dara Diomande-Pincas of Pfizer, Vice-Chair of the Corporate Counseling Committee.
