Protection of Software: What is the Present State?
Overview
Chicago partner Ken Dort will speak at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s 7th Annual Intellectual Property Law Institute on Thursday, April 25. The agenda will address patents, copyrights, trade secrets and trademarks as well as recent hot-button topics.
Ken will present a paper titled, “Protection of Software: What is the Present State?” He will also serve on a panel with former Drinker Biddle partner Cathy Austin, current general counsel of our client, Vertex, Inc.
