Nineteenth Annual Joint Seminar

Drinker partner Robert E. Cannuscio will be a presenter at the Nineteenth Annual Joint Seminar sponsored by the Joint Patent Practice Continuing Legal Education, Inc. and co-sponsored by the Connecticut Patent Law Association, New Jersey Intellectual Property Law Association, New York Intellectual Property Law Association, and Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2003 at the New York Hilton in New York City.  Mr. Cannuscio will discuss "What You See Is Not Always What You Get - Figures Do Not Necessarily Limit a Broader Disclosed Claim Scope" concerning the recent decision in Beckson Marine Inc. v. NFM Inc.
