American Bar Association’s 27th Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference

Chicago partner Ken Dort will speak at the American Bar Association’s 27th Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference in Arlington, Va., March 28-30. 

The conference is a gathering of the foremost authorities on the state of intellectual property law, including judges, government officials, in-house counsel, academics and private practitioners.

On Friday, March 30, Ken will present a paper on "Mitigating Infringement Risks -- Custom Software and Software Based on Client Specifications.”
