A Balancing Act—Preventing Cybercrime While Protecting Individual Rights
Overview
Chicago partner Ken Dort will speak at the Northwestern University School of Law Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology Symposium on Cybercrime on Friday, Feb. 1, in Chicago, Ill.
The Symposium will explore how the criminal justice system is evolving in response to the increasing use of computers and other technology to both commit and fight crime. Ken’s panel is titled, “A Balancing Act—Preventing Cybercrime While Protecting Individual Rights.”
