2026 Labor & Employment Supreme Court Update – The Cases That Affect the Workplace

2026 Labor & Employment Law Developments: Staying on Top of Your Game

Overview

In the 2025-26 term, the Supreme Court has once again issued several landmark decisions that will affect the workplace and every American. While this term did not have any cases interpreting Title VII, the Supreme Court did cover a broad range of issues including: Title XI and distinctions based on biological sex, the limits of arbitration and the courts' involvement in arbitration matters, important immigration cases including birthright citizenship, privacy rights and geolocation information, and more.

Please join Thomas Johnson, Sylvia St. Clair, Clayton Harvey, and Noemi Aguirre for a one-hour webinar reviewing the Supreme Court's decisions and their practical effects on employers. We will also provide participants with a sneak peek at the upcoming 2026-27 term and the cases to watch on important issues like fee-shifting and FLSA exemptions.
