The Fair Credit Reporting Act in Mediation

Business litigation partner Paul Riehle presented a webinar titled “The Fair Credit Reporting Act in Mediation” for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.

Riehle also gave practical tips for mediating FCRA claims, including understanding the record and the parties’ arguments, managing fees, and considering nonmonetary relief when appropriate.
