Ryan Funk, Indianapolis associate, presented at the American Bar Association (ABA) 2020 Midwinter Meetings on the Committee on Practice and Procedure under the National Labor Relations Act.

Ryan presented “Ethics Issues Related to Settlements Based on the General Counsel’s Enforcement Policies of Board Law,” in which he examined regional attempts to solicit settlements where the settlement terms go beyond extant board law and discussed whether that implicates ethic rules.
