Overview
Drinker Biddle partners Jim Fischer and Marita Erbeck are speaking on “Term Sheet Wars” on a panel for the New Jersey CFO Leadership Council on December 18, 2019, at the offices of KPMG in Short Hills, New Jersey. They will moderate and join a panel including the Convene CFO Andrew Webb to discuss hot topics on effectively negotiating a term sheet.
Negotiating a term sheet has many challenges and complexities. A successful negotiation can give finance executives a competitive edge and help them deliver more value to their organizations. Jim, Marita and the panel will help participants:
- Understand the perspectives of the parties to a term sheet and how to obtain the best outcome on a negotiation.
