Minimizing Exposure in the #MeToo Era

Florham Park partner Lynne Anderson spoke at the New Jersey CFO Leadership Council’s CFO Collaboration on Current Business Challenges program on March 29 in Short Hills, N.J. The morning program offered a collaborative opportunity for participants to discuss various challenges that affect their business decisions through a series of interactive roundtable discussions.

Lynne facilitated a discussion titled “Minimizing Exposure in the #MeToo Era,” which covered how companies can prevent workplace harassment and mitigate risk in response to the #MeToo movement, responding to complaints of harassment with fairness to the alleged victim and accused harasser, and the current state of the law concerning non-disclosure agreements.
