Caesars: Lessons Learned

Corporate Restructuring partner Jim Millar spoke on a panel at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) Annual Spring Meeting 2017 titled, “Caesars: Lessons Learned.”

Caesars has been one of the largest and most contentious bankruptcy cases in recent years. During the panel discussion, featured parties involved in the case discussed how they addressed the most difficult issues and how a resolution was finally reached.
