Overview

Professionals from Wells Fargo and Faegre Baker Daniels will provide an engaging afternoon of food and agribusiness insight, discussion and networking with industry executives. Dr. Michael Swanson, senior agricultural economist at Wells Fargo, will give a timely economic update. Panel discussions will focus on hot topics relevant to the industry.

Laura Oberst, Wells Fargo, Executive Vice President and Central Division Manager, and Mike Stewart, Faegre Baker Daniels, Partner, Finance & Restructuring, will offer introductory remarks.

Kim Walker and Sarah Brew, both of Faegre Baker Daniels, will co-facilitate a panel discussion on, "It's Not Agribusiness as Usual: How to Prepare for New Food Safety Regulations That Will Change the Industry."

Steve Coburn, Wells Fargo Securities, and Andy Ritten, Faegre Baker Daniels, will co-facilitate a panel discussion on "Capital Markets Trends in the Middle Market."
